Founder & Creative Director

Dayquan Johnson is the Founder and Creative Director of StayblessedEnt, a multidisciplinary creative with a background in film, music, live events, and production. Currently studying Film and TV Production at Humber College, he has gained experience through CBC, festival work, team leadership, and hands-on behind-the-scenes production.

As a director, Dayquan brings a unique, out-of-the-box approach to visual storytelling — focused on drawing out the most honest and fitting creative expression from both the subject in front of the camera and the vision behind it.

His work blends experimental filmmaking, underground hip hop influence, and a strong collaborative spirit to create projects with purpose, originality, and emotional impact.

Vishavjeet Sandhu — Director / Cinematographer

Director / Cinematographer

Vishavjeet Sandhu is a Brampton-based filmmaker specializing in directing, cinematography, and visual storytelling. With experience across narrative films, public service announcements, and commercial-style productions, he has worked as Director, Director of Photography, Art Director, Editor, and Color Grader.

Vishavjeet has contributed to projects for organizations including Earth Rangers, Scouts Canada, and Face the Future Foundation, bringing a cinematic and detail-driven approach to every production.

His work blends atmospheric visuals with emotionally grounded storytelling, drawing from psychological thrillers, horror, and stylized contemporary cinema. Independent projects include Legend Of The Fall and Thank You For Shopping With Us.

Director of Photography

Carlos Lecona is a Mexican filmmaker and emerging Director of Photography based in Toronto. A graduate of Humber Polytechnic's Film and Television Production Advanced Diploma, he specializes in directing, cinematography, and visual storytelling.

With experience across Camera and Grip & Electric departments, he brings a strong technical foundation and a cinematic eye influenced by music, performance, and his cultural background.

Shakailah Allison — Editor / Post-Production Lead

Shakailah Allison

Editor / Post-Production Lead

Shakailah Allison is a Vaughan-based editor and storyteller. Before embarking on her cinematic journey, she worked in journalism — where her love for storytelling and the art of post-production blossomed. She has crafted documentaries, public service announcements, and captivating short dramas.

Among her achievements, she edited a short drama that won the 'Best Student Film Canada' title at the Alternative Film Festival Summer 2024.

Proficient in Adobe Suites, AVID, DaVinci Resolve, and Microsoft Office. Experienced with Panasonic PXW 160, Canon C200, C500, and T6i Rebel cameras.
