Terms of Service

Bookings

By placing a booking with StayblessedEnt Film Production Media, you agree to these terms. Bookings are confirmed once payment is received (card via Stripe, or e-transfer marked received by our team).

Pricing & taxes

All prices are in Canadian dollars. HST is charged at 13% as required by Canadian law. Card payments include a $1.49 processing fee; e-transfer payments do not.

Delivery

Recital videos are delivered within 7–10 business days following the event. Delivery is by private, password-protected gallery sent to the email on file.

Refunds

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations inside 14 days are non-refundable due to crew scheduling commitments. If we fail to deliver due to equipment failure on our end, you are entitled to a full refund.

Use of footage

Delivered footage is licensed for personal, non-commercial use by the purchasing family. Resale or commercial redistribution requires written permission.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking. We are not responsible for events outside our control (venue lighting, performer no-shows, etc.).
